e-PTFE LAMINATION
With our 4 high efficient heat lamination production lines, we can meet any specification.
We can laminate on any non-wowen polyester material.
NANO FIBER COATING
JP Air Tech has 3 nano fiber high efficient productionlines. Our machines are up to 2.500mm wide and has in-line slitting. This allow us to produce efficient and agile according to our customers specification
TREATMENT
We offer two different type of media treatments. Our special designed process assure a stable and accurate treatment across the filter media. Our treatments are:
Oleo/Hydrophobic treatment / Flame retardant treatment
• Treatment capability with two production lines
• Available in different basis weight classes
• Regular/antistatic, and available in flat or corrugated versions
MEDIA CORRUGATION
JP Air Tech have designed and engineered a series of corrugated fully synthetic filter media products which improve overall filtration performance.
The corrugated synthetic filter media has demonstrated improved filtration performance in applications such as industrial dust collection, gas turbine intake, automotive cabin and vacuum cleaners. Tests show that the structure of JP Air Tech’s corrugated synthetic filter media provides a 47% lower pressure drop, 37% longer life time and 16% better pulse-cleanability.
The corrugated structure serves as pleat spacers and provide air flow channels to the inside pleat folds.
ANTI STATIC COATING
ALU coating your material according to DIN 54345
- The anti-static treatment is suitable for potentially explosive environments.
- Electric surface and resistances to ground < 108 Ω and complies with industry requirements.
