JP Air Tech strengthens its HVAC expertise with new Sales Manager

JP Air Tech has welcomed Kadir Özdemir as Sales Manager, with a primary focus on developing the company’s position within HVAC filter media.
Kadir joins JP Air Tech with several years of international sales experience and a strong background within the HVAC industry. His previous work has given him detailed knowledge of HVAC units, control systems and filtration solutions, including mat filters, coarse and fine dust pocket filtration and pleatable media.

A market increasingly focused on total cost

According to Kadir, the HVAC market is changing significantly as sustainability requirements, energy consumption and operating costs receive greater attention.
“Sustainability and carbon footprint are becoming increasingly important, while regulations within the HVAC industry – particularly in Europe – continue to become stricter. At the same time, rising energy prices make the operation of HVAC systems increasingly costly.”
This is also changing the way customers evaluate filtration solutions.
“Customers no longer focus solely on the price of the filter. Energy consumption, service life, maintenance and labour costs are becoming increasingly important factors. As a result, a low-cost filter is not automatically the most cost-effective option. It is essential to consider the Total Cost of Ownership.”

A shared focus on performance and efficiency

That approach was one of the reasons Kadir chose JP Air Tech.
“From the beginning of our discussions, I could see that JP Air Tech shares this focus. The company understands the importance of Total Cost of Ownership and develops high-performing filter media that can contribute to a more sustainable and energy-efficient filtration market.”
At JP Air Tech, Kadir will work closely with customers, partners and colleagues to further develop the HVAC business and identify the right filter media for specific applications and performance requirements.
“I’m looking forward to working with the team and having detailed conversations with our customers about the future of air filtration. Understanding their applications and requirements is an important part of bringing the right materials into the market.”
With Kadir joining the team, JP Air Tech strengthens its commercial and application knowledge within HVAC filtration while continuing its focus on high-performance filter media, energy efficiency and close customer collaboration.
