Our Team
The well-being of our employees is an utmost priority. We conduct employee experience surveys to measure the engagement and identify positive change and growth opportunities. We are investing in our team and recruiting talent to support a diverse and inclusive culture. We further seek to enhance skill sets, competencies, and personal gain by carrying out education and training initiatives, and we arrange social activities enabling employees to connect outside of work.
Community Engagement
We focus efforts on making a positive impact on our community. We offer internships to students enabling them to gain vocational experience and develop competencies.
Since 2019, we have donated funds to The Danish Cancer Society during the annual ”Fight Against Cancer” event. We further support local businesses yearly through our purchase of employee Christmas presents, and we are a proud sponsor of the local football arena.
Environment
Cutting corners is not an option at our company. We do everything as thoroughly as we can, from the beginning to the end. No excuses and no shortcuts allowed.
